What happens if my sign arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each sign is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your design proof before approving it—we’ll make sure everything looks perfect.
